4 ^✩ hotel Arealinn was opened in 2013 in the Admiralty area, Kolomna district. It is located in quiet historic area not far from the center of Saint Petersburg; departure to WRD (western rapid diameter) is in 2,5 km, 15 min by foot to the nearest metro station, 20 min driving to Pulkovo airport and Moskovsky railway station. It`s no distance to main cultural and architectural landmarks of the city (Bronze Horseman, St. Isaac`s Cathedral, the Hermitage, the Admiralty etc.): leisurely walk takes less than half an hour.

While designing the hotel, special attention was paid to the capability of every detail. Hotel room capacity is 40 rooms from standard to two-level apartments.
